Accordium was a Danish startup with a tech hub in Kuala Lumpur, with the mission of simplifying contracts and digital signatures, helping companies close deals faster.

Through their own experience, the company's founders noticed a widespread problem: sales teams were spending too much time chasing signatures and approvals, while existing tools were clunky and often made things worse.

I set out to transform the signing process from a tedious task into a seamless and delightful experience, allowing sales teams to focus on what they do best: closing deals.

Contract selection

Contracts can be reused, uploaded as new files, or scanned directly from physical copies. Integrated support for Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive keeps everything organized and accessible from any device.

Placing fields

After selecting a contract, adding signature lines, dates, or checkboxes is just a tap away via the bottom toolbar. Each field is fully customizable allowing for resizing, removal, repositioning, or reassignment as needed.

Signing methods

Accordium provides two secure signing methods: Turn Key and Scribble. Designed to verify awareness, identity, and intent, both methods are legally binding and provide a consistent signing experience on mobile and desktop.
